Fifteen years of practicing and refining Eastern Martial Arts, then ten more years of yoga, with forty years of work on self-development. I have been learning from the source, from the wise and enlightened teachers of East and West. I have a Biotherapy diploma, and Usui Reiki Master diploma. However, that's not the point. I needed to go through all of that, in order to understand

What I was looking for,

from the beginning was within myself.

That particle of energy, which is in my body and is called my life, is a part of the same whole/oneness that has assigned another particle of energy to you. And that is called - your life. Because of that we can exchange energy and help one another. That was the beginning of my story:
